Stéphane designs and facilitates workshops at the intersection of AI strategy and adoption, innovation, leadership and culture, bridging the gap between vision and action. The workshops are built on two pillars: 1. Instruction: because cutting through the noise requires grounding in fundamentals, free from distortion. 2. Facilitation: because true wisdom emerges when diverse voices, expertise, and challenges are honored. Participants don’t just engage, they own the outcomes. After beginning his journey as an actuary in finance at BNP Paribas, he earned a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (with High Honors), then an MBA from UC Berkeley, and spent 15 years as a management consultant, entrepreneur, and lecturer in Silicon Valley and Canada. Recently, he led Executive Education at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), shaping the Executive MBA and Executive Education programs, where leadership and innovation became his canvas. He hosts the podcast “Leaders in Flow” and writes regularly on AI adoption on LinkedIn.
